Digitisation is poised to streamline the application processes for contract service enlistment.
Starting this year, a digital platform is set to be launched with the aim of expediting the contract signing process for military personnel. Deputy Minister of Defence Darhan Akhmediyev shared this announcement at the Central Communications Service event, as reported by Sarbaz.kz.
As elucidated by the Deputy Minister, the new service will be named "Jauynger.kz". The service's development is a collaborative effort with AO "NIT" and will facilitate the integration of all databases for swift consideration of applications from individuals seeking to enter contract service.
"From the moment an application for contract service is submitted to the signing of the actual contract, it used to take 3-4 months. Special checks, and a person had to gather a pile of unnecessary paperwork. With the system's launch, we plan to optimize this process by automatically pulling references from databases of other government agencies," – D. Akhmediyev explained.
Additionally, the service will enhance transparency in selection, enabling candidates to track the status of their applications online.
According to Akhmediyev, the project is currently in the testing phase, with a launch scheduled by the end of the year.
