Kazakhstan urges the parties involved in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict to halt hostilities and ensure the safety of all the region's residents based on the "two states for two peoples" formula, as reported by Sarbaz.kz, citing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
"In this situation, it is of utmost importance to observe the norms of international law and adhere to the relevant UN Security Council resolutions that provide for the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people. Violence begets reciprocal violence and will inevitably lead to tragic consequences for the Middle East and the world as a whole," the Ministry's statement asserts.
