In Alanya, a road traffic accident involving a minibus carrying Kazakhstani tourists and a truck has occurred. The Consul of Kazakhstan has traveled to the region to investigate the circumstances, as reported by Sarbaz.kz.
According to a representative from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Aybek Smadiyarov, the Consul's visit aims to investigate the details of the accident and to check on the well-being of the Kazakhstani nationals.
Early this morning, in Alanya, there was a road traffic accident involving a minibus carrying Kazakhstani tourists and a truck. As a result of the collision, there were injuries reported. Preliminary information indicates that citizens of Kazakhstan were onboard the minibus. In order to clarify all the circumstances and the condition of our fellow citizens, the Consul promptly traveled to the region," – Smadiyarov states.
The excursion minibus, transporting Kazakhstani tourists along the Okurcalar Mahallesi route, was rear-ended by a truck. Twelve tourists were involved in the accident, six of whom sustained serious injuries and have been taken to hospitals in the Alanya and Manavgat districts.
