The individual and team competitions held under the auspices of the Judo Federation of Kazakhstan were organized according to the rules of the International Judo Federation.
Colonel Arman Abeuov, the Chairman of the Sports Club of the Ministry of Defense and Chief of the Central Sports Club, participated in the Kazakhstan Judo Championship among masters, as reported by Sarbaz.kz, citing the department's press service.
Arman Abeuov claimed the championship title in the weight category over 100 kg (M-3).
"This was a selection for the World Championship, which will take place in early November of this year in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi," the Chief of the Central Sports Club stated.
Another representative of the Central Sports Club, serviceman Evgeny Kandratyev, competed in the weight category up to 100 kg (M-3) in the championship and also secured the first-place position in his weight category.
