185 Military Personnel from the Ministries of Emergency Situations, Defense, and National Guard Train in CBRN Protection

Educational and methodological training sessions on Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) protection have commenced at the training range of the regional command "Shyghys," involving military personnel from various departments.

Servicemen from the Ministry of Defense, National Guard, and Ministry of Emergency Situations are participating in educational and methodological training sessions focused on CBRN protection, as reported by Sarbaz.kz, referencing the Ministry of Emergency Situations press service.

The CBRN protection training, which encompasses radiation, chemical, and biological defense, involves 185 military personnel at the training range of the regional command "Shyghys" within the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This includes 35 personnel from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 80 from the Ministry of Defense, and 70 from the National Guard.

Furthermore, the training has involved military personnel from territorial departments for emergency situations (20 individuals) and military units 28237, 52859, 68303, and 20928 (15 individuals).

The objectives of these training sessions include the practical application of theoretical knowledge, refinement of acquired skills, enhancing operational proficiency in conducting radiation, chemical, and bacteriological reconnaissance, as well as practicing observer roles in reconnaissance missions, utilizing personal respiratory and skin protection equipment, conducting degassing, decontaminating equipment, and personnel.

Both theoretical and practical exercises will be conducted during the sessions, involving the utilization of equipment and specialized technology.
