The rules for the autumn draft campaign were discussed at the National Military-Patriotic Center, as reported by Sarbaz.kz, citing the Ministry of Defense press service.

Representatives from local military authorities, law enforcement agencies, the akimats (administrative bodies) of Nur-Sultan and Akmola Region, and the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Akmola Garrison convened to reach a consensus.

Particular attention was given to the need for the strict observance of the constitutional rights of draftees during the autumn draft campaign. Moreover, efforts will be intensified towards digitalization to facilitate the draft of citizens into military service, which aims to eliminate the influence of human factors in decision-making regarding deferments due to family and work-related circumstances.

During the meeting, participants were provided with clarifications on the application of administrative and criminal liability for citizens of draft age (18-27 years old) who evade compulsory service in the ranks of the Kazakhstani army. An analysis of the performance of military management bodies in addressing inquiries from individuals and legal entities was also conducted.

Local military authorities received directives from the Chief Military Prosecutor on the observance of the social rights of servicemen. They were also provided with a series of instructions aimed at strengthening preventive measures to reduce offenses and crime among military personnel.
