Through diplomatic channels, Turkey conveyed its willingness to mediate in the resolution of the conflict, including the organization of a meeting between the leaders of these nations, as reported by Sarbaz.kz, citing a diplomatic source in Ankara via RIA Novosti.

"Just yesterday, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had telephone conversations with both leaders (of Israel and Palestine). I can say that these were very constructive talks. President Erdogan called on both sides to cease hostilities and resume negotiations. In turn, through diplomatic channels, Ankara expressed its readiness to offer any mediation, up to organizing a meeting between leaders," the agency's source stated.

According to the source, Ankara's diplomatic mission continues to maintain contacts with Western partners regarding conflict resolution.

"We are warning our partners about the danger of the conflict's geographical expansion, which will lead to unpredictable consequences," –  the source emphasised.
